"We got a room for after a wedding and the stay was pleasant and the continental breakfast was carb loaded; all in all it was a nice hotel for a night away. Also, we got a king suite with a jacuzzi tub for two, that was the best unexpected perk. :)"

"Very friendly staff. The room was impeccably clean. We usually like the comfort of a Hilton or Hyatt. This hotel was easily on that level. We had to book last minute and they fit us in. The room was spacious. It had a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was so clean. Breakfast had a very wide variety of items. It was a very nice place to stay. No complaints."

"Front desk personnel was great. we arrived early and were graciously registered and given room keys. Liz was very helpful in our attempt to print boarding passes. Everyone we encountered at Hastings Country Inn was kind and gracious. We may not get back to Hastings MN but we will always have great memories of the people."

"I generally do not leave reviews but with this site, I wanted to. We came to town for a wedding and we reserved a room here as part of the wedding block of rooms. This was done months in advance. A few days before our trip, I looked up the site to see what they offered and started reading reviews that had been left. I was alarmed because there are alot of not so good reviews. I was nervous to say the least. But I am happy to say that this hotel did not disappoint. The staff were kind and helpful. Even allowing us to park our motorcycle under a canopy during the storms. The hotel was clean, including the hallways and the rooms. The rooms were nice, all amenities there and the bedding was clean. There was no smoke smell anywhere. The pool and hot tub were also clean and open late, which we loved. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful also. Freshly made waffles, coffees, danishes, cereals, juices and more. All in all it was a great trip with no complaints. The exact opposite of all the reviews I had read. I wanted to leave this review so others knew that this site has corrected everything that may have been complained about previously. Or maybe they have new owners. I really don't know but we loved this place and will be back. We also loved that we could easily walk right next door or across the street for great food. If your in Hastings MN, I would recommend this hotel anyway. Safe travels!"

"We stayed at the Hastings Country Inn on July 14, 2024. We were just getting away for a night. We had a wonderful time on our stay there. The hotel staff are all so friendly and amiable. Our suite was clean and beautiful. They offered a very nice continental breakfast. Everything fresh and yummy. We enjoyed their pool and even had a hot tub in our room, as well as a fireplace, although it was too hot to use it. I think we might go again in the winter and sit with cocoa on the couch and watch the fire. We will certainly stay at Hastings Country Inn again."
